The past week is all about the Olympics. It was a joy to watch Gabby Douglas in gymnastics. She won the gold and I decided to do a summersault. But I could not do it. I plan to work on it this week. Jack and I are a little tired from staying up late every night watching the TV.
Renee and philip S. and Asher have a new baby.
Mayer Davi . I am thrilled for Sara and Mike. Asher and new Mayer give such happiness to the family. Mike has Parkinson's and it is a sad situation for the family. But babies put humor in the family.
Jack has a torn ligament in his right leg. No tennis for a month now. But there is still the bridge games.
Abe is finishing his third week at camp. We know he is having a great time but no mail. Bunk 1 sends pictures every day. We have many pictures of a smiling boy. Just no word from him. Thanks goodness, he is a normal child. If he was writing letters I would be worried. Laura and I did both get one letter. It said the same thing. " I am TOO busy to write. I love you."
Nathan leaves for the First Experience at Camp Emma Kaufmann overnight camp in two days. He got to pick where he wanted to go for dinner tonight. He chose Chinese and then frozen yogurt for dessert. It is quite difficult to buy a small cup at those places. And he got quite a lot to eat and finished it all.
