Laura has a birthday

Happy birthday to Laura.
Here are pictures of her at two years of age.

Here is Laura with the kids blowing out the candles on her cake. I went to the Oakmont Bakery. Very expensive and very good.

Brisket, potato kugel and boil potatoes for Rosh hashanah dinner at the K.
Laura made the soup and apple honey cake. It was a wonderful dinner. Many leftovers. So we put it in the freezer and we will see it for Yum Kippur.

Rhonda and Glen G came into The city for the holiday. it was good seeing them. Amy, Able A and their two kids Leigh and Eli also visited.

Children's services at the JCC. Out membership has gotten so large there is not room for all the activities at our temple.

Aunt Reda and Laura and Mollie. Mollie has a big fluffy dress on.

Nathan passed to the orange belt in karate. Jack and I went to the testing and were proud of him.

Mollie "played" soccer on Sat? Notice her pink shoes, shorts and ball. The blue skirt is the team color.

I hear Emma is now sleeping in her bathing suit. She is now in a big girl bed. She loves Ariel this month and the suit had Ariel on it.

Ernie had a second operation on his back this week. Ten days after the first one. The wound became infected. He has a staff infection. He will need an IV drip for one month. He is very weak and completely confused now. Not a good situation and I feel very sad.

The G family had a holiday dinner. Here is a picture of Maya with her grandma and two great aunts. It is a close family unit and I feel good the grandchildren have this experience. The picture is blurry.
