Thanksgiving #2

We felt the need to cook our own turkey ( actually a Perdue roaster), stuffing and cranberries. Thea and Richard helped us eat it. the house smelled good and the Steelers won a football game. We have been enjoying our time in HHI the past two weeks. I have been having Fridays with Shirley. We go someplace every week. Two weeks ago was Beaufort. Yesterday was Palmetto Bluff. We drove around and looked for the new buildings. The development has a LONG way to go. We ate lunch at Buffalos. the restaurant was empty. There are three stores and I can't see how they can stay in business. First we went to the Farmers market at Honey Horn Park. I bought pecans. They are harvested every two years. There are fresh. Remind me to not buy them next year. They will be stale then. Here is Shirley and the other Ruth, as Shirley calls her.

These cabbage and broccoli are so large I could not buy them. How were they fertilized?

Here are the 5 feathers friends. They are vacationing together and are all wearing feathers in their ears.

A picture of my wonderful hair dresser. I love her personality and she give Jack and I wonderful hair cuts. This picture was the first taken with my new camera. Quality looks good.

Emma loves her new boots and wears the Halloween costume all the time.

Here is a picture of Adley on the baby naming day. What a happy girl with a happier daughter.

Say a prayer for my sister Joyce. She had surgery for ovarian cancer this week. She will need chemo and I am sure will be fine in time.
We are going to Charlotte tomorrow to visit with Sara and Mike. Then on to Pittsburgh to see if I can be of some help to my sister. And kiss the grandkids.
