Ellen and I with the bride.
Emma is no longer a day care baby. She started day CAMP this week. She still takes a nap and Ellen did not know to send a blanket and pillow. They were hoping for an end to,the naps. She then does not go to sleep early at night. But it is at Trinity School, a different place. She will go here for Pre K and maybe kindergarten. She looks so grown up in the picture.
Maya went to a girl friend, Caroline, birthday party. It was at Glamour Girl and they all took pictures. I knew she was beautiful but these photos are model quality. She will be twelve years old, June 27. She is now wearing braces and she does not like to smile with her mouth open.
Notice all the girls are smiling with their mouths open. And look much older that 12 years.
Now they look bad girls. A cover of a music CD.
Mollie graduated to Pre K for the second time. She went to Rodef Shalom last year. This year she went to Beth Shalom. We felt she would be the youngest in her age and wanted to give her one more year of childhood. Birthday is Sept. 9. The girl seems to love to preform. She was a ham on stage. Laughed and smiled and yelled while singing the entire time. She is wearing her American Girl dress that was bought last year. Very pretty color and looks good on her. I thought I would need a tissue for eyes during the graduation but Mollie was so funny that we just laughed the entire time.
This is where she came out in front of the other kids and started to dance. Not part of the program. I think she thought she had a solo part. It was so funny! Look at the other kids faces.
Look at her zeal and happiness!
They sang, take me out to the ball game.
The class was wrapped in the Torah and a blessing was said over the children. I always worry that someone will trip, fall and the Torah will tear.
Doesn't it look like she on center stage?
The only photo that she looked serious.
Betty Lou Margolis is standing in the background.
It was the last day of school for Abe and Nathan. Nathan and I went out to lunch and to finally buy his birthday present. It wanted to buy him a project about electricity and it made music. But Nathan loves remote control things. So he bought an airplane. After it was charged Jack , Nathan and I went to the high school and he flew it. The wind was a little too strong but he had fun. School is out and I hope the weather shapes up. We have had rain and cool days for too long. Here is a picture of the boys last day of school and they have jackets on. Nathan is now in third grade. Abe is in sixth grade and middle school.
I weeded the backyard this week. My arms are so sore from all the pulling and lifting. It have gotten poison ivy twice from weeding the hillside. So I dressed up with head to toes covered. Socks covering up the pants. I call it my hazmat outfit.
