There were two pools. This is 1/2 of the one pool.
Fattah's wife and eight year old son. Also a ten year girl, Selma and one year girl Reda. I was pleased to see his wife was modern. Not religious and all covered up.

Then we toured the Souks or tiny stores in the medina. There is the metal area, leather, fabric, Jewerly, spices, etc.

If you look or touch something, the store owners hound and never stop trying to get you to buy. And everything must be bargained. I am NO good with this kind of shopping.
Berber shoe have rounded front and the heels are turned down to slip into. Or you can put them up to wear as a shoe not a slipper.
Moroccan sandals. Have pointed fronts.
Everyone is in shoes like this. Dirty feet. I never went anywhere in anything but tennis shoes except at night.

Some of the women keep,the chin covered. Many have their chins tattooed.
All with their heads covered in shapeless gowns. So as not to excite any man except the husband. The hair was long and in pony tail under the scarfs.

Lunch at the hotel
We visited a caftan store that was VERY expensive and only one woman bought a scarf. These were the beauties, not the things sold elsewhere.

The area at night would be jammed with locals, foods sold, dancing and fun. It was so loud when we were there at 5:00.
