Adley is three years old.

We now have HHI grandchildren . Our cleaning lady, Ganka, has three children. She is from Bulgaria and the husband is from Mexico. There is one aunt in Florida. They never see any other relatives. The five year , Gabby and the eight year, Danny, are home schooled. The oldest daughter, Vicky, was homed schooled until this year. Twelve years and seventh grade. So Jack and I have had fun playing with the two younger kids. Gabby smiles all the time and you can melt looking at her face. Danny is sweet, loves Legos and never stops moving. Jack spent an afternoon fishing with Danny. They had success and Danny took home one of the four fish that they caught.

Eating chocolate pudding with Jack. We also had a discussion on how to eat Oreos.

Visit to the horse stable.

Fridays with Shirley and The Other Ruth. We went to the tanger outlets as a Kate Spade store opened. Shirley bought a black bracelet and picked out a purse that I emailed to her husband. She wants it for Xmas. We went to some art galleries, the library and lunch at Panera's. I had the squash soup. Very good and no longer available in the Pgh area stores. This past week we went to the Xmas gift sale at the Sea Pines CC. A lot of jewelry and chocolate. We ate cookies and coffee for lunch. Sat and talked the afternoon away.

Adley had a birthday. She is three. She had a birthday part at the Y gym. 19 kids and she was a happy girl.

In the last month we have had good times with three couples that come to HHI part time. First joe and Diana Rava. We enjoyed their heated pool. Susan and Michael Wiener from Texas. Fun and good people. They bought a house in Sea Pines and had planned to move here in retirement. But the recession changed their plans. They sold the house. Their sons all live on the west coast. Now they come for visits. Miles Brett and Perla Lipitz are from Altanta. They have a house in Sea PInes and come for weekend visits. Perla's daughter had cancer. She spend nine months in Huston, TX for a bone marrow transplant. They found the donor by doing a drive at the temple as there was no family member that matched. That transplant did not take. So they did one more in Atlanta. One more year. In all I probably did not see Perla for two and a half years. Miles would come to HHI with his kids. But Perla spent all that time taking care of Annie. So we spend quality and quantity time with them this time. We went to Beaufort for a day. The weather was perfect. We brought chairs and sat on the water and watched the sunset.

Perla is not a big cook. We went to their house for brunch. This is a second marriage. Miles was widowed. Perla never thought she would be keeping kosher or live with a dog. Love changes all. They dated for nine years. Perla knew miles wife. They belonged to the synagogue. Now Buddy the dog is on his last days. He really should be put to sleep. But Perla saved his life. The woman that did not want a dog. Years ago our Murray the dog and Buddy were playmates. Murray is dead five years now.

Mollie's teacher sends an email about everything they learned for the week. She also takes a week full of pictures. 200 of more of the class doing everything. I look forward to the Friday email and know what she did that week. I love the pictures. She will take a picture of every child in the class doing the same thing. I also get to see what she is wearing every day.
Some of the outfits are fun. Joyce bought her a necklace at the museum this summer. It is on a leather string. So did not break and she is still wearing it.

The Harbour town basis is being dredged over the next few months. Big boats have not been able to get into it as the water in no longer deep enough. Boats have been moves out and the heavy equipment has arrived.

Elyse A is in love. She is dating Josh W. They live in Cincinnati. He owns a sushi restaurant called Fushion.
