Adley has a playdate,

There was a family close to where Adley lives that had the same LID and should have traveled to China with us. Something was wrong and they traveled to China in the last three weeks. Teagan is 13 months to Adley's ten months. She is born in the same province but comes from a different orphanage. She pushed our little girl around and took the toys. But Adley will catch up. The mothers hope to get the girls together about once a week. The girls look alike. I noticed it in Teagan's first pictures. They look like they could be cousins. Teagan has a buzz hair cut. They cut the babies short, no matter the sex. We could see from Adley's first pictures that they gave the little hair she has a trim.

Adley learned to clapper hands this week. And she says, eh, eh. Pretty bright kid!

Mollie has had a cast on her arm for six weeks. She went to the doctor and the pink cast has been replaced with a purple cast for two more weeks.

Jack and I celebrated our 38 anniversary on September 23. He took me to my favorite place for lunch. I had a blizzard at the Dairy Queen. Chocolate with M&Ms. Jack likes oreos in his blizzard. We have had rain every day this week. We also went to Beaufort for the day. We had a good time and were able to tour in between the raindrops.

We ate dinner on the beach three times in the past week. Saturday night was with two other couples. Our meal was crabs caught from the creek in the backyard. It it wonderful. The sky went from sun to clouds and thunder. The sun set, we finished the wine and we packed up and left. Then was dessert at Hilton Head Ice Cream. I had mint chocolate chip and jack had chocolate. We pooled into the garage and the rain began. Pouring down with the sky lighting up. Perfect timing!
Today is the last day in HHI. Tomorrow we head home for the Jewish holidays and to see the kaplan kids.
