Adley had a fever. - Jillian visits her foster mom.

Today was a free day for jack and eve. No planned activities and then Adley got a fever. They both walked with her and played with her. By 6:00 she seemed fine and we went out for dinner. She LOVES Jack. She is always looking for him and he is holding her. She had her first bath and she loved it. We finally figured out the problem with the bottles. One dad made the nipples bigger and then sterilized them and now Adley is sucking better. Mike is dad of all trades. One super dad. In the playroom today all the babies were on the floor playing together. Who would believe you would find this in a hotel. The other group of ten families has a 24 hour guide that stays with them in the hotel. Interesting. If our group had been larger, they would have sent a doctor along and, and maybe a guide 24/7 also.

Jillian visits her foster mom and goes to her finding place.

I went with mom, Ellen, baby Claire ,and 8 year old Jillian for a visit to her orphanage . It was a 2 1/2 hour ride to a large city. We passed small towns with rice and watermelons growing. Very poor areas. But there are high rise apartment being build everywhere. Masses of people. When we got to the farm areas, there were no cars or motor bikes. Just people walking and bikes. We arrived at the orphanage and were greeted by seven people, all excited to meet us. They took us to a conference room on the third floor, all steps. There were fruits and bottles water for us. Unfortunately, Jillian was sick. Here was her big day and she was crying and not happy at all. They had made a banner for her with her chinese name on it. The foster mom gave her a gift. She said thank you in chinese and they were very impressed. She lived with the foster mom from two days old until thirteen months. She was thrilled to see her . The moms hugged. We then all went in the van to the spot where Jillian was left. It was in front of a market on a very busy street. Jillian was so ill that I do not know if she understood the importance of taking the photo of her there. Then we all went out to lunch. I was in charge of baby Claire. We ordered steamed eggs. You take two eggs and some water. Whip it up and steam in the microwave until done. It was such a success that we ordered it for dinner for the babies also. It was good that I came along to help since Jillian was in such bad shape.
