Day two with Adley

Today was going to the notary for the paper work to be notarized. A Canadian group of ten families with babies were there also. That makes 24 babies that were adopted out of the about 53 babies from this group. It was a ten day period , from june 20-30, 2006, that the families received babies. Then it was off to Walmart for shopping. We bought diapers, the Chinese formula the girls are using, snacks and bottled water. It was crowded and not so clean. Adley took a bottle today. She is also bonded with Eve and did not want me to hold her. She reached out for Eve. That is a wonderful thing that she knows the mother.
I stayed at the hotel with sick Jillian for the morning activities. We played with the iPad all morning. Playing angry birds, monopoly , and other games. Jack and I went to lunch with Gina and Mike and baby Leila. Eve stayed with a sleeping baby in the hotel. We had a hard time finding some place to eat and no one spoke English anywhere.
We went into one place but could not get understood and left. Then we found a place that said Orlando and coffee on it. The smell of smoke could bowl you over. Men were sitting and laying a tables with their feet on the tables. It reminded me of Weinstein's with the bookies sitting in the booths. One girl, spoke a little English and we ordered two meals. Could not get bottled water. There is not diet, decaffeinated soda. You can not drink iced tea. So I had real soda, something I never do. Then a beautiful woman comes running into the restaurant. She is the owner and lived in Orlando and speaks English. We then ordered more food and got a steamed egg with butter for baby Leila. That girl can EAT.

Leila and Clair shared a crib and nanny.

Leila is eight months

Clair is thirteen months
