rjadelsonourlife: It is COLD

We went from pleasant weather to -8 degrees. Schools and everything are canceled. Everyone is hunkered down in the house. Including Jack and I. We are still waiting for the pictures from the professional photo shoot. But she sent us a teaser and it is a good one. Here is Adley and the blue G family.

Cindy Friedman, wife of cousin Bruce died on Jan.1. She had lung cancer and was 60 years old. Very sad. She worked hard and did not live to enjoy. She had retired one year ago. Was babysitting her grandson. I remember. Her as being so beautiful when she was young. She had a very sexy manner. Cindy came from a very poor background. She lived in a two bedroom house with parents and six other siblings.

I baked a cake to take to the Shiva. But it did not come out of the pan. So I put it together. I then made an icing for it. To cover up the mess. But I burnt it and it did not drip down the sides nicely. So it did not leave our house. When you are in a hurry, things can turn out BAD. This is a sour cream coffee cake.

Laura, Nathan and Mollie and I went to the Children's museum.

We went to the water floor. Mollie could not stay dry. And it was quite cold outside.

This is Abe playing a game of basketball. He is #23. They won the game and I was proud. The boys are playing as a team. Working together. Passing the balls from one the the next.
